Participant responses from Strategic planning Retreats:

“Martin, Bravo!

I am so proud of you and the work you continue to do for Hat Creek, every year under your care, we thrive. You knocked it out the ballpark this year with facilitation and heart. It’s a privilege to work with you.

Thank You,“

“Martin –

Last night as I was reflecting on my day, it came to me that one of the things I was grateful for was to once again have the opportunity to share a full-day meeting with you in charge. I admire and respect your ability to expertly lead a meeting, and in this case, Upstate Hearing Instruments through the “Traction” strategic process. You allowed all participants to express themselves freely and share equally. It all seems so effortless for you.

It’s been quite some time since I was a member of your TA Vistage group and one of the things I miss most is experiencing you “do your thing”. Looking forward to another productive meeting on May 7 . . .

“Hi Martin,

Thank you for a wonderful two-day retreat.  We would not have achieved the effortless collaboration without your expertise and guidance. I am amazed at your energy and continued effort with technology.”
